I was dealing with a host of sexual issues for a long time in my life but due to some astute comments and observations she has made during out very first session in November, some repressed memories came up. It was no fun dealing with those feelings in my body, emotions, feeling the broken heart of stuff that happened so long ago that it was repressed and forgotten but the trauma was still there. Thanks to Stephanie -- I was able to find the root cause and while dealing with those emotions was no fun -- it gave me a chance to heal them.
